These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CliccPay, operated by Advent Payments. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Business accounts must complete identity and business verification (KYC/KYB).
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Standard pricing is 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction. No monthly fees, setup costs, or minimums. Fees may change with notice. Volume discounts are available for qualifying merchants.
Funds are settled to your linked account or, where supported, in USDC, USDT, or BTC. We may delay or reverse payouts to investigate fraud, disputes, or compliance issues.
You may not use the Services for illegal activity, restricted businesses listed in our acceptable use policy, or in violation of card network rules.
You are responsible for chargebacks, refunds, and related fees arising from transactions processed through your account.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or pose risk to the Services, customers, or partners.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advent Payments is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
